and Great Grandad of Dominic, Chloe, and Davey.
A celebration of Tommy's life will be held, with his family and friends at Southport Crematorium, on Tuesday 16th January,at 1pm.
By request, family flowers only, but if desired, donations can be made to Queenscourt Hospice, Southport in Tommy's memory.
Following the service you are welcome to join us for light refreshments and to share your Memories of Tommy,at the Fleetwood Hesketh sports and social club, Fylde Road ,Southport.
