David will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends. Funeral service and Cremation will be held at Bradwell Crematorium, on Tuesday 29th October 2013 at 10.00am, will all relatives please accept this as the only intimation, friends kindly meet at the Crematorium.
