Dave was the most wonderful father in law to me and an adored grandad to our boys. He was one in a million and a true gentleman. He was never happier than when he was taking care of his own family and he was always there for us without question.
Myself, Martin and the boys have shared so many happy memories with him. He leaves an enormous hole in our hearts but we will ensure his memory lives on in all we do.
Rest in peace Dave, we miss you so much xxx

David Buckland was a wonderful, caring man.. He always made me feel welcome and part of his family. The family as a whole knew that David was somebody who could be counted on when you were in need of help. David will be sorely missed by all those that were lucky enough to have met him and will be remembered as a great family man and friend.

What a wonderful man my Uncle David was! Childhood Christmases were always made special when we visited Uncle David and all the family were together. Even though we’ve all grown up and don’t see each other as much those memories will always hold a special place in my heart. Uncle David will be sadly missed, not just by our family, but by everyone who was lucky enough to meet him. Sending love to all the family ❤️
