Peacefully on December 16th at Gloucester Royal Hospital, aged 85 years.

Dearly loved husband of Elizabeth, loving father of Murray and Clare and a much loved grandad of Jack, Emilie, Maea and Caleb and great grandad of Margot.

No mourning clothes please. Funeral Service at Hucclecote Methodist Church on Monday January 6th at 11.30am followed by Private Interment.

Flowers, or donations in lieu, if desired may be sent for the Hucclecote Methodist Church c/o

S C and B S Cocks Funeral Directors, 59, Hucclecote Road, Gloucester GL3 3TL. Flowers by 10am.

I was shocked to hear the sad news. I am good friends with Murray, from our days at Saintbridge School and therefore had the privilege of meeting Irvine many times. Always enjoyed rugby chat with him and his sense of humour. RIP sir.
