MayBROWNIt is with great sadness that the family of May Brown of Unsworth, Bury, share the news of her passing on the 31st January 2025 at the age of 91. May's love, devotion, kindness and wit will be sorely missed by her family, friends and neighbours. Our mum, May Brown nee Tomlinson, was formerly known as May Hough, widow of Alan Hough of Miles Platting, and Leslie Brown of Harrogate. May was the much Loved mum of Lynne and Adele, and sister of Iris. Doting nana and little nana of Susan, Lee and Meleah. Much loved mother in law of Eddie and Jeff & auntie to many. May passed away peacefully and in the gentle, kind and compassionate care of staff at Killelea House in Bury.
May's funeral service will be at Blackley Crematorium, Victoria Avenue, M9 8PJ on Monday the 24th February 2024 at 11:30am.
