Words cannot adequately describe the person who was Lynne Biehl Brown. Her actions throughout her life made her an individual who was loved, admired, respected, loyal, protective and encouraging to all who came to her attention. Life for her was to be lived. An example of that was her desire to keep working until aged 87! The height of her care and consideration for others is reflected by the last job she held - working in a Doctor's office for high risk pregnancy patients.
To say that she will be sorely missed is to completely understate Lynne's influence and love for her family. She revelled in the position of mother, grand mother and great grand mother. Time spent with all the generations gave her an immeasurable joy - one only had to see the smile on her face!
For those of us who were not of immediate family status, Lynne was always welcoming with a genuine smile to settle one instantly. It was my pleasure to be part of her 'family' and enjoy her boundless hospitality and attention. She was, indeed, a genuine 'saint' of a person.
My life now has an inconsolable void in it.
Rest In Peace, Lynne.
