Gasford Nathaniel (Jim)BROOKS3rd December 2020 Passed away peacefully at home in Fartown aged 85 years. Jim, much-loved husband of the late Estelle Victoria, loving father to Angela, a dear brother, uncle, good neighbour, and friend to many, will be sadly missed. The cortege will leave from Jim's home at 10.30am on Thursday 7th January 2021 for funeral service at 11.00am to be held at New Testament Church of God, Great Northern Street followed by interment at Hey Lane Cemetery, Castle Hill at 1pm. Unfortunately, due to current restrictions only invited family and friends are permitted entry to the church. Floral tributes, gratefully received, can be brought to the interment, or taken to DJ Screens & Sons Funeral Home, Fartown HD1 6LJ. Tel 01484 452220 before 9.30am on the day of the funeral. Alternatively, donations, gratefully received directly to Oasis Care Support Services, St John's Resource Centre, Tel 01484 511893.

"Country man come to Town and turn thief ". This was a famous story that Uncle Jim used to tell me. He was full of life and was very kind to my mom and sisters. He will be greatly missed. We love you,but God loves you best. Rest in peace.
