Barbara LucyBOWENDied on the 25th November 2018 at her family's home near Okehampton, aged 92 years. A much beloved wife to the late Michael, mother of Michael and Sally and grandmother of Mathew, Cathy, Emma and David. Funeral service will be held at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium, on Thursday 20th December at 12 noon, in St Paul's Chapel. No Black, lots of bright colours please.
