AndrewBOULTBY(Andy) It's with great sadness to announce the passing of Andrew on the 5th February aged 61. He will be sadly missed by all that knew him. Funeral service to take place at Gedling Crematorium on Thursday 28th February at 12.30pm. Family flowers only, donations for the British Heart Foundation may be given on the day if desired.
