Malcolm John JosephBIRDSadly after a short illness Malcolm passed away at home on the 19th December 2024, aged 79 years.

The dearly loved Husband of Anne. Loving Dad of Andrew, Jane and Stuart. Proud Grandad of Aidan, Emily, Joe, Maisie and Lily. Father in Law of Louise and Ken.

Malcolm will be sadly missed by all his many friends, walking and running companions.

Service of Celebration to take place at Rochdale Crematorium on Tuesday 28th January 2025 at 11.50am.

Family flowers please by request, donations if desired to Whitworth Cancer Research, a donation box will be available at Rochdale Crematorium.

So sad to hear of the passing of Malcom Bird
I Worked with Malc for four years and they were some of the best times getting up and going off to work at 5.00am chatting for hours He probably never knew what an inspiration and mentor he had been on my career. God bless you reset in peace Malc.
