Hazel MayBIRDIn loving memory of Hazel, aged 98 years, who died peacefully in Arrowe Park Hospital. Formerly of Liverpool, Runcorn, Frodsham, Helsby and latterly of New Brighton. Widow of Christopher Bird, loving Partner of Alan, Mum to Suzanne & Paul, Mum-in-Law to Gill, loving Nana to her 6 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and her Great Great Grandson. Sadly missed by all who knew her. Rest in Peace xx

Funeral Service will take place at Springwood Crematorium, Rosemary Chapel on Tuesday 27th August at 2pm.

Family flowers only please, however, if desired donations are welcomed for Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital, Thomas Drive, Broadgreen, Liverpool, L14 3PE.
