JakeBEZANCETragically at home on March 4, Jake aged 18 years. Much loved son of Michelle and Richard, loving brother of Daniel and Harry, adored grandson of Barbara, Yan, Les and Sylvia also a precious nephew and cousin. Funeral Service to be held on Friday March 15 at St. Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium at 9:30am prior to Interment at Acklam Cemetery. Family and friends please meet at St. Bede's Chapel.
