Kenwyn Care Home, Truro.
Phyl, aged 91 years, of Probus.
Beloved wife of Den (deceased).
Much loved mother to Trevor, Nigel and Sandra
and mother-in-law to Nina, Pauline and Alan.
Adored grandmother and great-grandmother.
Phyl will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
The funeral service will take place on
Thursday, 7th November, at 1pm, at
St Probus and St Grace Church, followed by
interment at Probus Parish Cemetery.
Family flowers only.
