BenBENNETTIt is with deep sadness that the family announce the passing of Ben on Friday 26th January 2024 surrounded by his family. Dearly beloved husband of Anne, cherished Pops to Jane and Guy and Grandpa to Declan, Charlie, Megan, Louis, Ella and Caitlyn. Loving brother to John, Michael and Peter and father-In-law to Mark and Teresa. Ben was a retired RAF Warrant Officer and had been stationed at RAF Coningsby during his long service. He then became the Coningsby Cobbler of Silver Street, also served on the Parish Council and was a leading member of Rural Challenge for a number of years. The funeral will be held at Alford Crematorium on Monday 26th February at 2pm followed by a service of thanksgiving at St Michael's Church, Coningsby at 4pm. Shiny shoes required!! Family flowers only but charitable donations can be made to both the RAF Benevolent Fund or the Alzheimer's Society via leonpatrickbennett.muchloved.com
