LilyBEARDMOREOn Sunday 27th October, in the presence of her loving family, Lily passed away peacefully at home. Beloved Wife of the late Charles Beardmore, Mother of; David, Stephen, Richard and Roger, also dearly loved Sister, Aunt, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
Lily grew up in South Sheilds, relocating to Staffordshire as a young woman. She pursued an early career at the Air Ministry, attending training courses at Bletchley Park and Green Park [London]. We will remember Lilys enthusiasm for Orchids, passion for Cowboy films, and devotion to wearing the colour purple.
Lily was cremated after a quiet family service at Carmountside Cemetery on 13th November, and her ashes interned with husband Charles, and son Richard at St Giles the Abbot, Cheadle, on 29th November.
Donations have been presented to Cancer Research on Lilys passing.
