Edward LawrenceBARTLETTTed sadly passed away peacefully on Wednesday 12th February having celebrated his 91st birthday in December. Beloved husband of more than 65 years to Mary, he was a wonderful father to Martin, David and Nigel, loving grandfather to Sian, Jemma, Kieron and Declan and great grandfather to Ruby, Callum, Amber, Rilee and Kyla Rose and brother to Minna. He was a wonderful husband, great father and friend to many. He will be sadly missed by all his family, friends, local dog walkers and motorbike enthusiasts alike. Resting at Green Willow Funeral Directors until the service to be held at 4.30pm Tuesday 4th March at Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Cemetery, Thornhill Road Cardiff CF14 9UA. Following the service there will be refreshments at the Ffynnon Wen, Thornhill Rd, Cardiff CF14 9UA . Flowers or any other enquiries to Green Willow Funerals, 21a Station Road, Dinas Powys - 02920 514 627.

So sorry to hear of your passing thoughts are with Mary and family.
We used to enjoy chatting outside the house as you were passing coming around your house talking for hours about different motorbikes and Tania sending my boys around to see where I was for my food.
Will miss our chats together RIP Ted.

Ted, who would have thought that buying a motorbike from you many, many years ago would have led to over 40 years of friendship. You and Mary have been amazing friends to us and we will miss you so much. Love you loads, ride free xx Carol and Dave x
