SusieBAMBRICKSusie passed away on 1 August 2024, after a long fight against cancer which she fought with her usual humour to the end. Susie lived her early life in Bengeo and attended Bengeo Infant School. Afterwards the family moved to Stapleford and she attended Stapleford C of E School. She then went to Sele School in Hertford. Susie went onto Watford College and studied sport coaching specialising in swimming. She then worked at Letchworth Leisure Centre. Susie then spent many years at Cople School, followed by five years at B&Q in Bedford. She is survived by her partner Julian, her son George, his wife Jessica and granddaughter Isobel, her son Henry, his wife Charlotte, granddaughter Katie and grandson Arlo who was born on Susie's birthday. Her mum and dad, Beryl and David Carter, and sister Tina Godbold and family living in France.
Funeral service to take place at Harwood Park Crematorium on Tuesday 20 August at 11:45am. Afterwards at The Five Bells, Cople Bedfordshire MK44 3TU from 13.30.
