Passed away at the age of 75 at Royal Derby Hospital, after battling 18 months of illness.
He was a beloved husband, father and grandad who will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
A funeral service for Dave will be held at Trent Valley crematorium (Aston-on-Trent) on Wednesday 12th February at 09.30am.
We kindly request for family flowers only, however a donation box will be available on the day and proceeds will go to Treetops hospice.
