AlvanBAILEY(Jarrow) Passed peacefully in hospital on Tuesday 12th December 2023, aged 84 years.
Dearest husband of Val. Much loved dad of Neil and Grant, loving father-in-law of Debbie and Kate, precious step-father of Vicki, Lee and partners. Cherished grandad and great-grandad to all his adored grandchildren, also a dear brother, uncle and friend.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Alvan's life at Saltwell Crematorium on Thursday 28th December, at 3.15pm, followed by refreshments at Heworth Golf Club, NE10 8XY.
Family flowers only please, donations will be gratefully received after the service with donations going to The Stroke Association.
