GeorgeARMOURArmour left this world on 22nd December at the age of 83, after a brave fight against illness. Beloved husband of the late Alice, and a caring dad and grandad, he leaves behind Bernard, Tom, Helen, Susie, Joan, John, Simon and Louise, and their families, as well as his sisters Mary and Margaret, and many other family and friends. George was a man of faith with a commitment to fairness and justice. We will always remember his wisdom, loyalty, humour and warmth, as well as his dedication to his family. Funeral mass will be held at St. Peter's RC Church in Dalbeattie at 12 noon on Friday 9th January, after which he will be reunited with Alice in his burial at Dalbeattie Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. A retiral collection will be offered at the Church for Sightsavers International.
