Grateful thanks to the staff of Ward 6C Calderdale Royal Hospital for all their care. Special thanks to Canon Hilary Barber, the Overgate Hospice Choir, Phillip McCann and Sellers Brass Ensemble, Alan Horsey and all involved in the wonderful memorial service at Halifax Minster.
