A service will take place on Thursday 1st May at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe, 2pm.
Family flowers only please, by request. Donations in lieu are for Scunthorpe Hospital and Macmillian Cancer Support and may be left at the service or sent direct to the charity.
