GloriaANDERSONIt is with great sadness to announce that Gloria, aged 78 years passed away peacefully whilst in the care of Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby on Wednesday 13th November, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Reunited with her beloved husband Tom, a cherished and devoted mam to David, Wendy and Simon, treasured and adored grandma to Beth, Lucy and James. Gloria was also a much loved mother-in-law to Chris and Gary, a dear sister to Pauline, Alan and the late Jimmy, a special auntie and a selfless lady who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Also remembering Gloria's late parents Jim and Nellie.

A celebration of Gloria's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 2nd December at 10.30am.

By request, family flowers only please, but donations in Gloria's memory can be made to the Gardiner Hill Foundation (for the Admiral Nurses), Navigo House, 3-7 Brighowgate, Grimsby, DN32 0QE. A donation box will be available on the day.

Rest in peace Grandma, you were truly one in a million.
You and Grandad made my childhood the best it could have ever been and I’ve so many happy memories to cherish that I will never forget.
You where an amazing lady, so full of love and joy, I hope you rest in peace and you and Grandad are back together again, I’ll always look up in the sky for you both as I know you’ll be looking down on me keeping me safe like you always did❤️ love you always xxxx

To Gloria I’d never be able to thank you enough for all the times you looked after Beth when she was a baby, she was so happy being with you & had so much fun. Thanks for being a wonderful mother in law I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful kind lady than you. Rest in peace now, Reunited with Tom. In our thoughts always ❤️Chris xxx
