AlexanderALLAN(Sandy) James Phillips died on 27th December at Dumfries Infirmary aged 85 years. Latterly he had been caringly looked after by Stewartry Care at his home, The Carse, Kirkcudbright. He will be fondly remembered as a kind thoughtful bachelor by his brother Robin and Partner Suki, his neice Bridget, husband Malcolm and thier two daughters Jessica and Betham and nephew Lex, wife Sharon and their two sons Lexy and William. Funeral service at Kirkcudbright Parish Church on Thursday (today) 8th January at 2.00 p.m. and then interment at St. Cuthbert's Churchyard.
