I grew up round the corner from Billy, never knew him to say a bad word about anyone, he was motorbike daft in his teens and was always involved in building something, warm memories and glad I stumbled across this site, R.I.P. Billy.

When I think of Billy it was always in overalls and a baseball cap with a spanner hanging out his pocket and with a wee twinkle in his eye and that wee shy, cheeky smile! I grew up as a teen around him and was so impressed by how talented he was at making things. What struck me most though was what an amazing dad he was and how much Tammie (quite rightly) idolised her dad. He truly was her hero ❤️. He was a kind and lovely unassuming gentleman of a man and would do anything for anyone. I am proud to have known you Billy.
