Susan JaneADKINSPassed away peacefully after a short illness on Monday 12th November 2018, aged 66 years. Beloved wife of Matthew, much loved mother of Mark and Claire, a dear sister of David, and a devoted nan. Sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at Lodge Hill Crematorium on Thursday 22nd November at 10.30am. Flowers welcome.
