Hannah, 'H'- my first new friend at High School and one that I treasured dearly. You lit up the room when you entered it and wore your heart on your sleeve. I can still hear your giggle, often teasing me about something i had said or done that was daft, but you were always accepting and caring too.
I loved our adventures and going through the teenage years together ❤️ We started out as 2 girls playing on rollerskates, basketball, walking dogs (or should I say being chased by dogs?!), building dens...anything outdoors really! Then to the sleepovers, scary movies and sampling of (just 2!) alcopops... to hitting the town and feeling super grown up that we didn't get asked for ID! 😀
Years passed but life finally brought us back together as you agreed to help to train our puppy Simba. You welcomed my family with open arms and you faced the challenge of a bilingual pup head on! Well done!! I can still hear your commands in my head, as I'm sure Simba and Elis can too.
It seems we ran out of time for that catch up drink after all! (There had better be a cold one waiting for me at the other side). I will treasure the memories of growing up with you.
Fly High H,
until we meet again xxx
