Dearest Bec, the bestest friend and colleague that anyone could wish for. A most brilliant nurse, caring for children with disability and their families with passion, enthusiasm and creativity, always fighting for their rights so that their needs could be met. A fantastic Child Development Team Leader, a proper leader indeed, respected by so many. As a friend, always supportive and willing to listen, and give helpful reflections, and one of her giggles and lovely smiles. We have been friends since 1979, when I arrived in Wales. Without Bec's support and mentoring I would never have become the physiotherapist I became. I learnt so much from Bec. We had hard times at work, and very big challenges, but also great fun and laughter. Bec has been a huge part of my life and she will be missed, but as the saying goes 'whatever we were to each other that we are still' and we were a lot to each other,so that's lovely to keep. With great memories of so many great times together Elaine

Dear Mum, you have been an inspiration to me throughout my life...I was always so proud of your achievements and your strong sense of determination. You displayed empathy and kindness constantly to others and was always quick to laugh at yourself.
Thank you for being a wonderful mum to me and granny to India and Darcey. I will cherish the memories of you. Until I see you on the other side... ❤️ Rhiannon
