Loving daughter of David and Susan, much loved mam of Lewis, Jasmin and Lacey-Jo, cherished sister of Kerry and David, and a much loved auntie and great auntie.

Service to be held at the West Road Crematorium on Thursday 21st November at 11.15am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to MIND.

My beautiful cousin Rachel I have so many wonderful memories of us we grew up together as kids you & Kerry were always riding on my back going down the stairs laughing so much.
