Rob, is and always will be one in a million a great friend to everyone and the boss you all wished for. We started the same day at the Council and worked hard to make the Enforcement team what it is today. Rob loved life, loved his family and smiled all the time. We will all miss him so much and I hope he knows how much he was loved by us all RIP Rob a true gentleman love Elaine xx
