Passed away peacefully on the 17th September
2024. Aged 62 years.
Sadly and greatly missed by all his loving family
and friends.

Funeral service and cremation Markeaton Crematorium, Derby
on Monday 21st October 2024 at 2.30pm in the main Chapel.
