Valerie AnnNEWBOLDPassed away peacefully with family by her side at Derby Royal Hospital on 28th February 2025.

Aged 82 years.

Beloved wife of the late Ronald, and daughter of the late Grace and Fred.

Loving mum of Pauline and son-in-law Rohan.

A very special, devoted and loving nana to Megan and Ross. A wonderful great-grandmother to Robyn and Hazel.

A special and loving Aunt to Thelma, Gary and family.

Val will be missed so much by all her family, friends and also staff, carers and friends at Kingsway View Care Home.

A funeral service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Thursday 27th March 2025 at 12:30pm.

Donations may be made in memory of Val to support Alzheimers Society UK.
