AndyMIDDLETONPeacefully at rest on Thursday 12th September 2024 whilst in the care of The Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Andy aged 59 years.
The adored dad of Dan and Matt, cherished brother of Dave, Julie, Pete and Tim.
Andy is now reunited with his beloved mum Pam and his dad Graham.
Andy will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends.
Funeral service to take place at St Peter's Church, Caverswall on Wednesday 2nd October at 12 noon prior to committal at Carmountside Crematorium.
No flowers by request please, donations preferred in memory or Andy to The Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
