To the man who got me seriously interested in wine initially via his sessions at Judgemeadow school.
Thanks very much Simon.

We have had the pleasure of Simon and Margaret's company on many outings over the last 40 years, and enjoyed celebrating New Year at various locations since the year 2000. Naturally we always relied upon Simon's skill to select the liquid aspect of a meal. Several outstanding trips come to mind, including two to the Royal Albert Hall, and one the Scotland, where we failed in our attempt to show him an eagle. He was a true gentleman, and will be sorely missed.
