JackLAVENOf Crich Lane, Belper passed away peacefully with family by his side at home on 14th December, aged 92.
Leaving behind Wife Pam, Children, Grandchildren, Great -Grandchildren and Family.
The Funeral Service will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Succour on Wednesday 22nd January at 11:30am, followed by Interment at Belper Cemetery (family only).
Donations in lieu of flowers to go to Treetops Hospice. Donations will be collected on the day of the Service
