Vivian AndrewJONESIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Viv, aged 64 years, on Monday 9th December 2024 at Morriston Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Viv was the adored husband and soul mate of Julie, cherished step-father of Carl, Zoe, Kirsty and their partners, very proud Bampa of Chloe, Cerys, Kai, Seren, Sarayah, Nylah and great grandson Oscar, loving brother, brother in law, uncle and great uncle. "Forever in our hearts."

Funeral service will take place at Swansea Crematorium on Tuesday 7th January at 2.00pm.

Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Viv are welcome to Macmillan Cancer Support, c/o D.G.Attwell Funeral Directors, 95 Eaton Road, Brynhyfryd, Swansea SA5 9JH Tel. 01792 650205

Rip viv, you are missed greatly by all the family. The days have never been the same since you left us❤️. I miss our good mornings when you always made me laugh, even though everyday was a struggle for you. You battled well through the pain viv, but you are at peace now and standing on that big white cloud playing your guitar for everyone. Until we meet again love and miss you loads viv💔❤️xx

Vivian was a scream at school. He gave me a packet of crisps that had been mixed with goodness knows what off the floor of a train carriage on our way home from a school trip to Bristol Zoo - the crisps were rank & the fluff etc wasn’t any better!! Viv was a smart, bright & kind person who had a wit that reflected being brought up in that lovely place called “Brynhyfryd”. God Bless you Viv. Xx
