Roger WinstonJOHNSONRoger sadly lost his battle against dementia and passed away on Sunday 12th of January 2025 aged 83 years. Beloved husband to Cath, father to Martin & Debbie, grandfather to Louis, Michael, Sophie & Lucy & great grandfather to Florence. Roger will be sadly missed by his family and all the lives he touched during his life. Roger worked for Spirax Sarco and played football for St. Marks and cricket for St, Stephen's, Cheltenham, Cotswold Ramblers and the Willows. A funeral service will be held at Cheltenham Crematorium on Friday 7th February at 2pm, in the Oak Chapel, with a wake afterwards at Cheltenham Town FC. All welcome. Family flowers only please. Donations for Alzheimer's UK gratefully received. These may be left in the collection box after the service or sent c/o Alexander Burn Funeral Directors, 436 High Street, Cheltenham, GL50 3JA. So sorry to see this new. He was a lovely man, my parents John and Carol Charles and family spent many years at St Stephens crocket club with them. Love Kala, Andy, Phil, Paul and Rachel x
