MargaretHARTLEYof Kingston Crescent, Helmshore, passed away at home on January 9, aged 92 years.

Margaret previously worked as a care assistant at Ewood Training Centre, Haslingden. She enjoyed socialising and was a member of Helmshore Ladies Group.

Wife of the late Rex (passed away in 2004), Margaret leaves behind her daughter Susan, grandchildren Benedict, Bryon and Aoife and her nieces and nephews.

A service will be held on January 31 at Accrington Crematorium at 1pm, conducted by Kathy Unsworth.

Devastated to hear of Margaret's passing. She was just about the nicest person I knew. Met whilst working at Ewood Centre back in the nineties. So kind, warm and generous.

We stayed friends and kept in touch and I will always miss her and hold a special place for her in my heart and she'll never be far from my thoughts. Beautiful Margaret, go find Sexy Rexy xx
