Just wanted to leave a little message, although due to the distance we didn’t see as much of auntie Val as we would have like to, whenever we did it was always a fun time with lots of laughter and she always had a great story to tell.
We will treasure the time we spent with her and the family. The memories will stay with us forever.

I have always seen you as my 'baby' sister- even when you grew up. I still have memories of seeing you as a baby and just a day old. Ever since then I have felt very close to you and valued our time together. We always had a great time when we got together abd who can forget your Irish dancing with Sandra. I.so looked forward to our chats every Sunday, sharing childhood memories and when asking you how your week had been you saying ' everything is tickety boo'.
So will miss you very much my little sister but at least I have happy memoriesx

Val.you have been part of my life for so long- ever since my first visit to Belfast to meet the family all those years ago. Although meeting up has not been easy with us in the SE and you in the SW when we did it always a great time. More recently our weekly contact has been by phone when we shared our news and spent time putting the world to rights! I shall so miss you but thank you sister- in- law for making such good memories.x

My thoughts are with Vals family at this tragic time, we will all miss a person who set the standard of hard work at a level that most could only hope to achieve. This was done with a tremendous sense of humour and respect for others. Rest well Val.
