Peacefully at her home on Monday 21st October 2024, Pat, devoted wife of the late Gerald East, adored mother of Martin and Helen, dear mother-in-law of Michelle, dearly loved nanny of Jacob, Martha, Abigail, Eliza and Gregory.

Funeral Friday 15th November, service 2.30pm at Swansea Crematorium.

Family flowers only, donation in lieu may be made to Royal Osteoporosis Society via www.theros.org.uk
