I'm so shocked and saddened to hear this news! My thoughts are very much with Jonathon's husband, family and friends at this sad time.

Jonathan always greeted me and hospice colleagues with the biggest smile! Fond memories of our chats regarding community nursing and the gorgeous smelling aftershave he wore! He even sent me home with a little sample for my fiance to try :)

So lovely and kind - you will be missed.
Lots of love, Natalie xx

Jonny the first time I met you, was back when you were working out in the community and you were so full of beans, your laugh was infectious, and your jolly attitude to life was nice to be around.
Your smile lit up the room, and even more so when you were talking about tony, some people never get that in a life time what you two had.
Keep shinning up there
Love
