Deirdre MaryDAVIS(nee O'Hanlon) It is with great sadness and much love, we report the death of Deirdre Davis, born in Liverpool in 1946 and died on 22nd September 2024, after a short illness.

Devoted wife of the late Anthony Michael Davis and adored Mother of Michael, Kieran, Sarah & Patrick. Mother-in-Law to Amanda, Cath & Pat. Loving Grandmother of Joseph, Scarlett, Tom, Lucy, Katie, Ella & Ava. Deirdre was cherished and will be missed by all her devoted family.

Deirdre was a beloved daughter of the late Captain Patrick O'Hanlon and the late Sadie O' Hanlon nee Murphy. As one of nine siblings, Deirdre was a beloved sister to Pauline, Patty, Terry, Rosaline, Timothy, Mary, Sara and Michael. Taken far too soon.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the incredible team at Ward 8B at the Royal Liverpool Hospital, and the local Marie Curie Community Support for their incredible care over the last few weeks.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Bishop Eton, Woolton Road on Wednesday 9th October at 12pm, followed by internment at Allerton Cemetery. Family flowers only and all donations to Marie Curie Registered Charity (207994).

I count myself lucky to have had such a wonderful Auntie. Growing up Auntie Deirdre and Uncle Anthony made sure our family remained part of the Davis family even though my parents had upped sticks and moved all the way to Dorset. Such fond memories and Deirdre was always a great listener and chose her advice carefully. We grow up and move on with our lives but ever dependable Auntie Deidre was there for us again last year when our own Mum passed. Thank you Auntie Deirdre for everything. What a Lady!
