AlbertCONDLIFFESadly passed away on Wednesday January 8th 2025 at the RSUH, Albert aged 87 years of Talke. The dearly loved husband of Kath, much loved dad of Jill and Mark and father-in-law of Steve and Emma, treasured grandad of Jake, Millie, Laila, Joshua and Alfie and a very dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle.
Funeral Service and Cremation is to take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Thursday January 30th 2025 at 2.40pm. Will relatives and friends please meet at the Crematorium.
