Patricia DayCONDICKPatricia Condick passed away peacefully on the 7th February 2025 at Bybrook Nursing Home at the grand age of 97. Mum will be reunited with Dad, John Condick, on what would have been the anniversary of their wedding. You will be greatly missed, but not forgotten.

Funeral will take place at Westerleigh Crematorium in the Woodlands Chapel on the 11th March 2025 at 12.00 pm.

Love from sons Neil and Tony, their wives Helen and Beverley. Grandchildren Sam, Ben, Alexa and Grandsons' partners Lydia and Darcy. XxX

St. Peters Hospice provided fantastic end-of-life support for Mum.
Mum outlived expectations.
She died peacefully in her sleep, as was her wish.
Mum I will miss you more than you will ever know. I have a massive void to fill with your departure.
Rest in Peace.
