LeanneCOLEMANSadly passed away on 20th December at Morriston Hospital.

Leanne of Morriston, much loved mam to Sophie and Dylan, mother-in-law to Justin, cherished nannie to Emerson and Elijah, loving sister to Kerry and the late Matthew, beloved daughter to the late Sylvia, loved partner to Richard, dearly loved aunt to her nieces and nephews.

Leanne will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at Gwyn Jones Chapel of Rest, Trallwn Road, Llansamlet on Tuesday 14th January at 11:15am followed by interment at Morriston Cemetery (new section) at 12:15pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if so desired in memory of Leanne can be made to:
