David AnthonyCHATFIELDPeacefully at rest on Wednesday 15th January 2025 whilst at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, surrounded by his loving and devoted family, David aged 76 years of Trentham.
A much loved and devoted husband of Maureen, a beloved and greatly missed dad of Stephen, Andrew and Mark, much loved father-in-law of Natasha, Tracy and Zoe, adored grandad of Ashleigh, Jamie, Laura, Alex and Sasha, loving great-grandad of Theo, Aliza, Tommy and Hattie and a much loved brother-in-law and uncle.
David will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by all his family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Christ Church, Fenton on Friday 7th February at 11am prior to interment at Fenton Cemetery. Floral tributes most welcome, or if preferred, donations in memory of David to Cancer Research UK.
