Hi Kelly and Lee's family. I have only known Lee for the 2.5 years that I have been at Thales, Doncaster. I know if I had been in the office yesterday. That Doncaster site would have been subdued and numb at the loss of such an inspirational friend and colleague. Lee will be missed and I will raise a glass to an absent friend tonight.

Just to say I'm not good with words I wish I could express how I feel. I have known Lee since he started at EWS and we became friends shortly afterwards and then good friends traveling to and from work every day. We became more than just friends and I can say he's one of only a few people I have never had a cross world with. He was funny witty caring reliable and lots of other nice words. When he met Kelly he couldn't believe his luck. He lived for his family and they meant everything to him.
Offering condolences just doesn't seem right Lee was one in million and will be missed by all. He's been taken much to soon. RIP mate and we will have a game of golf on the other side
