Ah Mrs B, my second Mum.

You took me to swimming lessons as a young boy and put up with James and me as teenagers.

To thank you for all of this, as a very young adult, I helped James do the odd bit of DIY for you, including slinging brooms over your roof crashing into next door neighbours’ front windows, while trying to install a Television Cable.

You kept calm while we came in drunk, although you did put your foot down when I asked you if you wanted me to help you move house again. Maybe the broken glass from the first move put you off!!

As I travelled up and down the country with work, you gave me a bed, fed me, and broke the odd bottle of wine out.

I will remember you for so much, but my most fond memory is always having to ask you for a towel as I always forgot mine. Then one day, I moved it up a step to ask you if I could borrow your washing machine as well and presented you with 2 bin liners!!

When I came down in the morning with a hangover, you gave it all back to me fully ironed.

I will miss you loads, our in-depth chats about life, and your amazing charisma for life no matter what it threw at you.

Rest In Peace.
Love
Sean
