Beloved husband of Judy,
dearly loved father of Katie & Peter and Grandad to Robert & Sophie,
he will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral on Monday 18th November,
Service at The Park Crematorium, Room 2, Plymouth at 12:30pm.

No flowers please. Donations to Safer Medicines Trust or The Cinnamon Trust may be left as a retiring collection or forwarded to:
