I have always known Frank as an avid gardener and watecolourist. Two hobbies which I share but of course with less talent.
His smile and laughter made an indellible and joyous mark.
He is truly loved by extended family. I would like to add ny deceased father's (Rex Peace) great regard for Frank on a professional level.
I join the family in sorrow at our loss but in gratitude for his life.
He remains an inspiration.
